What sits inside our pet portrait range, and how to ask about anything outside it
What we do
We embroider pet portraits, designed from your photo, onto the items in our range.
Any animal. Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hamsters, birds and reptiles are all things we stitch regularly, and we are not limited to those. There is no breed or pet type to select anywhere on the website, so you do not need to find yours on a list. We work from the photo.

The products, colours and sizes we currently make are the ones on the website. That page is always the accurate answer on what exists, so it is worth a look before you email.
Things outside the range
These are not part of what we sell as standard, and we cannot price them from a help article:
- A company logo, or branded and corporate items
- Custom patches
- Working from an embroidery file you already have
- Workwear
- Bulk or minimum quantity orders
- A design that is not a pet
Ask us rather than assuming the answer either way. Each of these needs a person to look at what you actually want and come back to you on whether we can do it and what it would cost.
How to ask
Email hello@lucyandlolashop.com and tell us what you have in mind, roughly how many you need, and when you need it by. If you have a picture or a file, send that too.
Please do not order something standard from the website and leave a note hoping we can adapt it, as that tends to go through as a normal order.
