How It Works

Choose a clear, high-resolution image for the best results. Please upload one photo per pet.

2. Choose From Multiple Versions
We’ll create 3 unique illustrated versions of your portrait so you can pick your favourite.

3. Need More Choices?
If none of the first versions feel right, no problem — we can create additional options until you find the one you love.

4. Approve Your Illustration
Once you’ve chosen your favourite, we’ll finalise it for embroidery.

5. Fast Delivery
Your custom embroidered item will be delivered to your doorstep in just 2–3 weeks.

  • Set-in sleeve
  • 1x1 rib at neck collar, sleeve cuff and bottom hem Inside back neck tape in Herringbone
  • Self fabric Half moon at back neck
  • Single needle topstitch at neck collar
  • 2 needle topstitch centred on seam at hem, cuff and armhole
Composition
Shell: Brushed, 100% Cotton - Organic Ring Spun Combed / Heather Haze : 80% Organic Cotton - 20% Recycled Cotton, Ring Spun Combed, Fabric washed

Care Instructions
Wash similar colours together on cold wash, wash and iron inside out.

UK Orders are sent free over £75 using Evri 48.

For International Delivery allow between 7-10 days extra with Evri International. Customs payment may be requested by your local authority upon entry. Please check before making a purchase.



Washing:

Wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors.

Use a mild detergent to protect the organic cotton fabric and embroidery.

Drying:

Air dry only. Lay flat or hang to dry.

Avoid tumble drying, as it may damage the fabric and embroidery.

Ironing:

Turn the item inside out before ironing.

Place a piece of clean fabric over the embroidery to protect it.

Use a low to medium heat setting for best results.

I don’t often write reviews. But when I’m blown away, I feel like I should. The quality, the speed of service, and the responsiveness and support of their customer service team was unmatched. I left a birthday gift a little too late. But upon contacting them and finding out more about their express service it turns out the turn around time would just about fit my deadline. From contact to unwrapping was less than a week I was amazed. For a fully customised high quality T shirt I was over the moon. I bought as a gift for my girlfriend as we recently lost our dog. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. They’re amazing, and to see the joy light up on a loved one’s face, it’s worth every penny. I have ordered already a few times with Lucy and Lola and my experience has been positive throughout. The customer service is exceptional, with Naomi getting back promptly to any concerns or enquiries. My two jumpers are my favourite pieces of clothing; high quality and super soft. The embroidery is beautiful and just looks like my cats. If I could, I would live in them 24/7. Furthermore, I did order a bag for my best friend for her birthday, which she loves to the moon. Thank you so much to Lucy and team, to not only hit the look of my two current cats perfectly on my jumper but also to enable me to carry my late best friend Banshee with me again at any time. I received my order for two hoodies this weekend and oh wow, they were worth the wait! Thick, soft, quality hoodies and the embroidery of my two dogs is absolutely perfect! It took only two weeks and two days from ordering to delivery and I have received great communication from the company throughout the process. So happy that I’ve placed another order. I would recommend sizing down, as with other reviews, I normally wear an XL hoodie and the L is just right, not too tight but not too loose

FAQ

Can I have more than one pet on an item?

You can have up to two pets on most of our custom items, and sweatshirts and hoodies can accomodate up to four pets. Please select the number of pets you'd like on the item and make sure the charge is added to your basket. If the extra pet charge is removed from your basket this will have to be added back before we can make your item. 

How do I add more than one pet to an item?

You just need to pick the number of embroidered illustrations in the drop down on the product page - this is £15 per extra pet. Then upload your photos as normal!

How long does it take to get my pet illustration?

You will get your first draft within 7 working days of your order (excluding UK bank holidays) 

If I have more than one pet how do I tell you which one is which?

When Lucy sends your illustration she will ask you to confirm who is who or you can add the names to the notes section in the cart too.

Full colour embroidered items take between 3-4 weeks to process from order date (please note if there are multiple stages of revisions this will impact processing time)

Outline portraits are shipped after 7 days of ordering (please note we do not provide proofs for these items)
