Fast Track: getting your order sooner
What Fast Track is, what it does, and how to add it
If you need your order sooner than the usual 2 to 3 weeks, Fast Track is the way to do it.
Fast Track moves your order to the front of the workshop and dispatches it within 7 days.
How to add it
You can add Fast Track in your basket or at checkout. It is not applied automatically, so you do need to select it.
Slots are limited
We only take a certain number of Fast Track orders each week, so that the ones we accept genuinely do move faster. That means it is not always available, and the basket is the place that will tell you.
If you are working to a specific date
Please tell us the date when you order, or email us at hello@lucyandlolashop.com before you buy. Fast Track shortens the making time, but we would rather look at your particular order and tell you honestly whether the date is achievable than have you pay for it and hope.
That goes double for anything with a deadline that matters, like a birthday, a memorial or a leaving gift.
