"My dog passed away recently and I wanted his picture to keep him close. The resemblance is uncanny, it made my day."
When they're gone, they don't stop being family. A pet memorial keepsake designed from your photo, stitched in our Cambridge studio, and old or imperfect photos work beautifully.
There's no rush and no deadline here. This page will wait for you, for as long as you need.
Made to order in our Cambridge studio. Lead time 2 to 3 weeks, shown at checkout.
Every piece begins with your pet's photo, just pick where their portrait lives.
It used to be the memorial sweatshirt only. Now a little halo can sit above your pet's portrait on any piece we make, for £5.
£5 per halo · added at checkoutSweatshirt, hoodie, t-shirt, cushion, patch, keyring. If we can stitch their portrait on it, we can add a halo.
On the product page, under Personalise your embroidery, open Add a halo and tick it. That's the whole step.
Hand-drawn in our Cambridge studio and sent to you as a proof first. Nothing is stitched until you say yes.
More than one pet on your piece? Add a halo for each of them at £5 each, or just for the one you've lost. Many of our customers stitch both their pets together, one with a halo and one without.
A photo lives on your phone. A portrait you can hold lives with you, on the days you miss them most.

Thread has weight and texture. On the hard days, resting your hand over their portrait is a comfort a screen can't give.

On the old walks, worn on your chest. Or on the cushion on the sofa where they slept. Stitched into the everyday, they're quietly with you again.

Memories soften with time. Stitched thread doesn't. Every shade of their coat is matched thread by thread, their markings and their eyes kept exactly as they were.
This is a real customer opening her sweatshirt, her dog's portrait designed from her own photo and stitched in our studio. We didn't stage it. We couldn't have.
Shared with her kind permission.

"My dog passed away recently and I wanted his picture to keep him close. The resemblance is uncanny, it made my day."
"The picture of my beloved late dog is spot on. I can't stop looking at it."
"Absolutely beautiful. Made me cry when I opened it. This was a gift, and I've since bought myself some."
It's a beautiful interpretation of my Ruby. I miss her, and it's great to have her with me again. I've cried, but smiled more.

A real order, a much-loved cat, remembered with a halo. Watch her go from the photo her owner sent us, to a hand-drawn portrait, to the moment the last stitch goes in.
Every memorial order gets this same care. It's never just another sweatshirt to us.
"Absolutely beautiful, made me cry when I opened it. This was a gift, and I have bought myself some."
So many memorial orders come from friends and family who felt helpless, so they did this instead. It says I know how much they meant to you in a way words sometimes can't.
Not everyone is ready to wear their portrait, and that's okay. A cushion keeps them close another way, their portrait and name embroidered where they always sat.
Choose the soft velvet pom pom cushion, or the crisp canvas cushion, which can carry their name, a short message or their years stitched beneath their portrait. Something to hold on the harder days, and a quiet presence in the room every day.
✓ The same portrait, designed from your photo and approved by you before stitching, on the cushion instead. Old photos work fine.
Unsure which is right? We compare the velvet and canvas cushions honestly here, including how names and years work.
The most meaningful pet memorial gifts are about the pet who was lost, not about loss itself. Whether you are remembering your own best friend or looking for a small gift for someone who has lost a pet, the same rule holds: make it about them, their face, their name, their funny ears.
Small is often exactly right, especially from a neighbour, a colleague or a friend who does not want to overstep. Our embroidered portrait patch (£25) can be kept in a pocket or ironed onto anything they choose, and a gift card lets them pick their own keepsake when they feel ready, on their own timeline. A handwritten card that uses their pet's name costs nothing and is remembered for years. Grieving owners consistently tell us that hearing their pet's name used, rather than avoided, is the kindest thing of all. And if you are sending a gift directly to them, add a gift note at checkout and no receipt goes in the box.
A lovely instinct, and you do not need to buy a pre-made one. The best pet bereavement baskets are assembled, not bought: something comforting (their favourite tea, a candle), something about the pet (a small portrait keepsake or a printed photo), and a handwritten card. If you only include one thing, make it the card.
We wrote honestly about both: what to say when someone's pet dies, what to get someone whose dog has died, what to get someone whose cat has died, and pet memorial ideas beyond an urn. There is no timeline on any of this. Some people order the week it happens; others wait years. Both are normal.
Whatever's on your mind, we've probably been asked it before, gently, and answered the same way.
We're real people who handle every memorial order with care. Ask us anything, there's no such thing as a silly question here.
One photo, hand-drawn into a portrait, stitched into something soft you'll keep for years. There's no hurry, this page will be here when the time feels right.
