Yes, and you will approve it first. We design a custom portrait of your pet from your photo, carefully capturing their markings, expression and personality. You will receive a proof within about 3 days and can request unlimited edits until you are completely happy. About 70 per cent of designs are approved with no edits at all, and for the rest we keep going until it is right. Nothing is embroidered until you approve it.

Choose a photo that is clear and sharp, taken in natural light (near a window or outside), focused on your pet's face, and not blurry or too far away. Most of all, pick the photo that really feels like them to you, because that is what we design from.

Yes. You can include up to four pets on selected items like sweatshirts and hoodies. Upload a photo of each pet and let us know how you would like them arranged. Additional pets can be added at checkout.

Absolutely. We can highlight markings, eye colour, accessories, anything that makes them them. Just leave a note when ordering and we will include it in your design. The way you see your pet is personal, and you often know things a photo does not show, which is exactly what the proof stage is for. Very tiny details, like a single freckle by one eye, cannot always be captured in thread, but we will always tell you honestly what will work.

Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hamsters, birds and reptiles, and we are always happy to be asked about something unusual. We have stitched everything from a rescued sheep to a portrait of a sourdough starter, so if your best friend is out of the ordinary, just get in touch.

All orders are shipped using trusted, tracked delivery services: DPD Next Day within the UK, DPD International for worldwide orders, and DHL express options where available. Shipping options are shown at checkout based on your location, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Edits are unlimited before production, so you will always have the chance to refine your design until it is right. If there is an issue after delivery, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to make it right.

As each item is custom made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our side. Please double check your order details before placing your order. Our proof and approval process exists so you see exactly what you are getting before it is made.

Yes. Our products make thoughtful personalised gifts for pet lovers. You can add a gift note at checkout or send directly to the recipient. Ideal for birthdays, Christmas, and memorial gifts.

Wash inside out at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle, avoid harsh detergents or bleach, and hang dry or tumble dry on low. Embroidery is stitched into the fabric, not printed on top, so cared for this way it lasts for years.

We are a real studio in Cambridge, England, founded in 2021 by Lucy and Andy with one embroidery machine and our rescue dachshund Lola. Today our team designs and stitches every order in house, and we have completed over 50,000 orders for pet parents worldwide.
