I love it so much and I use it all of the time. I even have taken it to care for where storm lives to show her and all the staff love it and I love the fact that it’s portable so we can use it as my sensory reliever without having to carry a bulky blanket around it, it’s perfect. Very happy! Got a hoodie for my chicken who passed recently. They let me tweak the art until it felt like her. Very pleased with the service, and the hoodie feels great, so happy to have something of her. Only reason I put 4/5 is because making was delayed (which I don’t mind) and also because they forgot to put the daisy on the sleeve. Other than that, I absolutely love this and am happy that they worked with me to get my dear Phoebe perfect

I love my hoodie I chose to have my two girls the portraits look exactly like them made me cry when I saw my hoodie i lost my cat leah 8 years ago and i adopted autumn the same year she found me now i can take them with me when i go out the hoodie quality is amazing so thick and soft and warm the hood size is fantastic as well i can wear the hood and still see where i am going thank you guys at lucy and lola

Took forever for our backpacks to arrive, the timeline kept getting pushed back. When they finally arrived they were cute, but I had specifically requested less brown in the image of our dog (that has no brown), and the image had a lot of brown. I colored it in with a sharpie and it was fine. My MAJOR disappointment comes from the fact that within a few days use the elastic snapped on both of my girls pockets.
I also noticed today that the strap is already ripping on my first grader’s. Her backpack is very light so there’s no reason it should be ripping.
Super disappointing considering what we paid for these.

I personally will not be ordering again from here. I really liked the idea of these products but felt a bit disheartened immediately from the first proof that was provided. I do admit the proof process was new to me but the first two felt like they were just “good enough” and sent over. The third finally started to look like my dog. I couldn’t understand how these great images of other products looked so much like the pets and so detailed but mine seemed to just be vaguely my dog initially.

I was also frustrated by the time line. The email I received stated it could take 3-4 weeks from ordering to get the product and that I’d be notified along the way. 5 weeks after my order (4 after I approved the proof) I reached out to ask for an update and was told it was now being prioritized. I then got an email a week later saying the project was being made. I live in the USA so I expected a longer ship time. I did not anticipate it to take 6 weeks for my product to be made when it said it would be 3-4 for delivery.

Overall, the end result still feels off. Some of the thread colors feel lighter than what the proof has and it just doesn’t feel right. I’m just bummed.

Oh lastly! I ordered a card with my sweater and they arrived in a soft package bag. The card is completely bent and damaged. I would be embarrassed to give it to someone. I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be shipped in something that won’t bend.

We lost our lovely blue point ragdoll this summer, and I was so happy to find Lola & Lucy. I had a sweatshirt and t shirt made, so we have a nice memento of him. Thank you for creating these mementos of our boy. 🐾❤️

We love our hoodies that we ordered. I've gotten so many compliments when I wear it. Havent tried washing it uet, but I'm hoping they hold up

They items take a long time to be made and posted. However, it's worth the wait 😀

Unfortunately, I had thought all the products were embroidered, but this was printed on the jacket, which means that in a year's time, this product would no longer have my puppy's face. Given the clearance sale and the countdown, I failed to check that the product was not embroidered (who would've thought you needed to?!), and the artwork took four tries before it looked like my pup, and it took more than 6 weeks from the time I ordered for this product to arrive. I really would've liked the experience to be better - it was my second time ordering, but I guess that's it for me.
