Wash similar colours together on cold wash, wash and iron inside out.

For all shipments to the USA we include Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) on all orders. This means all duties, taxes, and import fees are covered upfront by us. This means full-cost transparency, no surprise bills from the courier, and faster, smoother delivery.
If you are outside of the USA select 'Priority" at checkout to access DDP and have your duties, taxes and import fees covered upfront.
For 'Standard' shipments outside the USA, duties, taxes and import fees may be due when your package arrives at your customs authority. Please check before hand to confirm.
Washing:
Wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
Use a mild detergent to protect the organic cotton fabric and embroidery.
Drying:
Air dry only. Lay flat or hang to dry.
Avoid tumble drying, as it may damage the fabric and embroidery.
Ironing:
Turn the item inside out before ironing.
Place a piece of clean fabric over the embroidery to protect it.
Use a low to medium heat setting for best results.

The best photos are the ones that you feel really show off your pet's personality! Try to find ones close up (headshot) of them looking their best. If you have a dog smiling photos always work well!
FAQ
Can I have more than one pet on an item?
You can have up to two pets on most of our custom items, and sweatshirts and hoodies can accomodate up to four pets. Please select the number of pets you'd like on the item and make sure the charge is added to your basket. If the extra pet charge is removed from your basket this will have to be added back before we can make your item.
How do I add more than one pet to an item?
You just need to pick the number of embroidered illustrations in the drop down on the product page - this is £15 per extra pet. Then upload your photos as normal!
How long does it take to get my pet illustration?
You will get your first draft within 7 working days of your order (excluding UK bank holidays)
If I have more than one pet how do I tell you which one is which?
When Lucy sends your illustration she will ask you to confirm who is who or you can add the names to the notes section in the cart too.
