  1. Choose your product and upload a clear photo of your pet.
  2. We’ll create a custom embroidery design based on your pet’s unique features.
  3. Once approved, we’ll carefully stitch the design onto your chosen product and ship it directly to you!

3. What type of photo should I upload?

For the best results, please upload a high-quality photo of your pet with good lighting and clear details, especially of their face. Avoid blurry or dark images.

4. How long does it take to create and ship my order?

Our typical turnaround time is 2/3 weeks, as each design is handmade with love and care. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

5. Can I request specific details in the design?

Absolutely! Let us know if there are specific features you’d like us to highlight, such as your pet’s unique markings, eye color, or accessories.

6. Do you only design pets?

While pets are our specialty, we’re open to custom requests for other designs. Feel free to contact us with your idea!

7. Can I order a product featuring multiple pets?

Yes! We can include up to four pets (on sweatshirts and hoodies only) on one design. Just upload a clear photo of each pet and let us know how you’d like them arranged.

8. What happens if I’m not happy with my order?

We strive to create designs you’ll love. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll work to make it right.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. At the moment we are not able to ship to the EU due to new regulations. 

10. How do I care for my custom product?

To keep your custom item looking its best:

  • Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach.
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low.

11. Do you offer gift options?

Yes! You can add a gift note to your order at checkout, and we’ll package it with extra love—perfect for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion.
