Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide, with tracked delivery as standard and faster Priority options if you need it sooner. You choose your delivery speed at checkout when you add your shipping details.

Duties and taxes
We cover all duties, taxes and import fees upfront on every delivery option, to every destination (Delivered Duty Paid). Full cost transparency, no surprise bills from the courier, and nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

Priority delivery also clears customs faster, so it is the quickest route to your door.

Free shipping thresholds apply to Tracked delivery. Priority delivery is charged at the rates above regardless of order value.

How long it takes
Every piece is made to order in Cambridge, England, and nothing is stitched until you approve your proof. Right now, from the day you order to the day it arrives is 2 to 3 weeks, including your proof and any edits. Lead times will be longer after we appear on Dragons' Den on Thursday 24 September. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay, and that is the date to plan around. Choose Fast Track and we dispatch within 7 working days.
