What if it doesn't look like my pet?
You approve a proof before we stitch a single thread. We design it from your photo, their markings, colours and expression, and you can request unlimited edits until it is exactly right. Nothing is made until you love it.
When will it arrive, and can I rush it?
Around 10 to 14 days to design, approve and make, then it is on its way. Free UK delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48, and DPD next day is available as an upgrade at checkout. In a hurry? Add Fast Track above and we will have it ready in about 7 days.
Will I be charged extra customs or duties?
No. You are ordering within the UK, so there are no customs or import fees. Free delivery over GBP50 is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is 2 business days once your order is made. Next day delivery with DPD is available as a paid upgrade at checkout.
Can I use a discount code?
The sale price is already applied to your cart, so there is no code to enter. Sale prices cannot be combined with other discount codes.
What happens after I order?
We will email you every step of the way. If you have not uploaded your photo yet, we will ask for it, then send you a proof to approve before we make anything. You are never left wondering where your order is.
What if I am not happy with it?
Then we remake it free. That is our Happiness Guarantee, love it or we make it right, with no need to post anything back.
