💛 Miriam & Holly – “She healed my heart”

When Miriam brought Holly, a golden retriever pup, into her life, it was just months after experiencing heartbreaking loss.

“I thought a puppy would mend my broken heart. It didn’t — not straight away. But over time, Holly helped me laugh again. She’s my little shadow and my sunshine.”

We created a custom embroidered jumper with Holly’s portrait, and Miriam sent us a photo of her wearing it — Holly proudly curled up at her feet.

🐍 Sam & the Snake Squad – “Four scaly legends on one jumper”

Not all pets have paws. Sam asked if we could embroider all four of her snakes, and of course — we said yes.

“They each have names and personalities. People don’t always get it. But when I saw them all stitched together on a sweatshirt, I felt… understood.”

We designed her custom sweatshirt with subtle pops of colour to bring each snake to life — and the reaction online? Priceless.

🐹 Emma & Her Hamster Chaos – “5 hamsters. One iconic jumper.”

It started with TikTok comments asking: “When are you doing hamster jumpers?” And when Emma submitted a photo of all five of her tiny fluffballs, we couldn’t resist.

🐶 Lucy, Andy & Lola – “How it all began”

We started Lucy & Lola from our front room with one embroidery machine, one big dream, and our rescue pup Lola. She came to us from Lithuania and had never been on a walk before. She was scared of people, sounds, everything.

Now? She’s the heartbeat of our brand. She naps on the studio floor while we pack orders. She’s best friends with our whole team. And if you follow us online, you’ve probably seen her snoozing during meetings.

We made our very first jumper with her face on it — and we’ve now stitched over 70,000 pets from all over the world.
