Unfortunately, I had thought all the products were embroidered, but this was printed on the jacket, which means that in a year's time, this product would no longer have my puppy's face. Given the clearance sale and the countdown, I failed to check that the product was not embroidered (who would've thought you needed to?!), and the artwork took four tries before it looked like my pup, and it took more than 6 weeks from the time I ordered for this product to arrive. I really would've liked the experience to be better - it was my second time ordering, but I guess that's it for me.

I know there were quite a few drafts back and forth between us, but the final version really does capture the personality of all 3 pets!!! and looks even better in person! I'd ordered similar items from a different company couple years ago and was so unhappy with the service and final products, so was slightly hesitant when making this order...however, from start to finish this has been a really positive experience with all the team and I love that I can see the designs and feedback any changes and always get a prompt response! So much so, I've just ordered 3 more items!!

I was a little wary what would arrive as the delivery took so long to arrive compared to other companies. However I received my item today and the quality is just beautiful. The jumper to my surprise is such quality and the embroidery is just perfect. I loved that it came in a cute canvas bag too, really adds a touch of luxury. Very pleasantly surprised and love my jumper in memory of my sweet pug Ellie. Thank you so much.

Bought one for my sister with her pup and one for myself with mine. The mock ups came within a couple days. They were a great first pass! My pup is mostly blue merle with spots - so not the easiest to draw digitally - but it was close. They took my feedback and made tweaks and in a day or two.

Absolutely love both - I think they did a great job resembling the puppers, but also in captivating the personalities in the pic.

This sweatshirt was everything I wanted it to be and more! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. The design process was amazing and I’m so glad that they worked with me to make sure they got my pets perfect. I originally reached out to see if they had ever done a sweatshirt with a snake and I was so happy to hear that they had. I knew my babies were gonna be in the right hands. I already have plans to buy more articles for family members!

I love my jumper of my gorgeous boys - I lost Patrick early 2026 and his brother (bonded pair I foster failed) is still with me and it's so hard not having them together. Getting this jumper and having the two back together is just right. And the lavender is such a sweet colour, I'm really happy with my selection. Staff were great at adjusting the proof for Patrick until it looked perfect, thank you.

My granddaughter loved her sweat shirt. My only reservation is that I remember putting in the request for the sleeve logo but I obviously didn’t save it properly!

Easy just pity about the price of shipping

We lost Finn in June and as many know the grief and loss is awful. Ordered a cushion and approved the proof slightly dreading the arrival knowing that if it didn’t look like him I’d be devastated but also knowing if it did I’d be upset. When it came I almost didn’t want to open it but it’s absolutely gorgeous, it is so him and although he’s not with us here now he almost is. Thank you 💕
